Pomegranate Izzetini and a #ProgressiveEats Cocktail Party

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Izze Sparkling Pomegranate
  • 2 oz vodka
  • ½ oz Limoncello or fresh lemon juice and 1 oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz Cointreau or other orange liqueur
  • Orange slices for rimming
  • Sparkling sugar from Michaels in Cake Decorating supplies

Instructions

  • Chill cocktail glass(es).
  • Rub rim of glasses with a cut orange segment and dip into sugar.
  • Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. DO NOT SHAKE but stir until well chilled.
  • Pour into glass and serve.
