Pomegranate and Blood Orange Mimosa Cocktail

A beautiful take on a Mimosa combining Pomegranate and Blood Orange Juice with Prosecco.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pomegranate Juice chilled
  • 2 cups blood orange juice chilled (Use regular OJ if blood oranges are not available)
  • 4 ounces orange liqueur
  • 750 ml Prosecco full bottle, chilled

Instructions

  • Combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice and orange liqueur in a pitcher. Stir well to combine and chill together for at least 30 minutes.
  • Fill champagne glasses two-thirds full with juice combination and top off with Prosecco.
  • Cheers!

Notes

If pomegranates are in season; top each glass with some pomegranate seeds.
