pomegranate Juice
chilled
2
cups
blood orange juice
chilled (Use regular OJ if blood oranges are not available)

ounces
orange liqueur
750
ml
Prosecco
full bottle, chilled
Instructions
Combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice and orange liqueur in a pitcher. Stir well to combine and chill together for at least 30 minutes.
Fill champagne glasses two-thirds full with juice combination and top off with Prosecco.

If pomegranates are in season; top each glass with some pomegranate seeds.
