Gold Brick Hot Fudge Sundae Topping

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans toasted
  • whipped cream
  • Maraschino Cherries

Instructions

  • Combine butter, chocolate chips and evaporated milk in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
  • Cook and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and fold in nuts.
  • Scoop ice cream into bowl.
  • Dollop chocolate sauce over ice cream and top with whipped cream and cherries.
