A knockoff of the Cranberry Bliss Bars at Starbucks but with Rice Krispie Treats; only better!

Ingredients
For the Rice Krispie Treats
3tablespoonsbutter
1cupwhite chocolate chips
10ouncesmarshmallowsabout 40
6cupRice Krispies
1cupdried cranberries
For the Topping
12ounceswhite chocolate chips
2tablespoonsmilk or half and half
½cupdried cranberrieschopped
Instructions
Grease a 9X13" pan with butter or vegetable spray.
Melt together the butter, chocolate chips and marshmallows in a large pan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once all the ingredients have melted, add the Rice Krispies and dried cranberries. Let cool.
Melt the white chocolate chip and milk over low heat until smooth and spread over the bars. Top with the chopped cranberries.
Cool and cut into bars for servings.
Notes
Cutting dry cranberries can be a pain; they're a lot like dates and can just stick to your knife and each other. So I add some granulated sugar to them on the cutting board which makes it so much easier. Keep rotating them in the sugar as you cut and sticking will be minimum.
