10ouncesmarshmallows
4tablespoonsbutter
2ouncesBaker's German's Sweet Chocolate Bar
2tablespoonsdry espresso powder
¼teaspooncinnamon
6cupsRice Krispies
2-4ozwhite chocolate
Instructions
Butter the bottom and sides of a 13"X9" baking pan.
In a large saucepan or pot, melt the butter and marshmallows on medium low heat. Once melted, add the chocolate, espresso, and cinnamon and mix until the chocolate is melted.
Add the Rice Krispies to the marshmallow mixture and mix thoroughly. Turn mixture into the buttered pan and use a large spoon or your buttered hands to gently spread the mixture into the pan. Let cool.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler (see https://www.craftsy.com/blog/2013/09/how-to-melt-white-chocolate/ for details on either process)
Using a piping bag or simply a fork that you dip in the chocolate, drip it erratically over the treats. Refrigerate briefly to set the chocolate, then cut into squares and enjoy!
