For the Cereal Mix
4cupsRice Chex
2cupsRice Krispies
2cupsSugar Pops
2cupsShrimp chips
1cPeanuts
1cupSriracha peas
1cupWasabi peas
1cupFried onion rings; large pieces broken
½cupDried coconut
For the Sauce
6TbspButter
5TbspPeanut buttercreamy or chunky
4TbspBrown sugar
2TbspLime juice
2TbspWorcestershire sauce
2tspSriracha hot sauce
¾tspGarlic powder
Instructions
Oven Method
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Melt butter, peanut butter and brown sugar in microwave until butter melts and peanut butter gets soft. Whisk until smooth. Stir in lime juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce and garlic powder. Make sure you stir this until it makes a thick, smooth sauce.
Mix all of the cereals and snack items into a large bowl. Add the sauce mixture and stir well.
Divide mixture between two large cookie sheets with rims and bake for one hour, stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven; pour onto a parchment lined counter-top and let sit until cool and dry.
Microwave Method
Mix sauce ingredients in a microwave safe bowl as indicated for oven method.
Microwave for about two minutes. Stir well and nuke for another two minutes. Stir again. Keep cooking and stirring in two minute increments until combined and warm.

Notes
Use caution when cooking this in the microwave as the center gets hot first; take caution to not let it burn!
