  • 4 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Lime Juice
  • ¼ tsp Grenadine
  • 3 Tbsp Simple Syrup
  • Club Soda chilled

  • Lime Wedges and Cherries

  • Combine Irish whiskey, lemon juice, lime juice, grenadine and simple syrup to cocktail shaker and shake well. Add ice to shaker and shake until ice cold.
  • Add crushed ice to serving glass and strain mix over.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with a cherry and lime wedge

In a pinch for time and fresh ingredients? Substitute ready made lemonade for the lemon and lime juices. If using concentrate, do add the water per instructions.
To Make Simple Syrup:
Combine equal parts water with sugar (For this recipe I did a quarter cup of each) in a small saucepan, bring to a boil. Turn off heat and stir until all sugar is melted and combined with water. Chill before using in cocktails.
