Ingredients
1stick butter8 oz
1 12ozbottle of beer
8ozof water
¼cupparsley
Seasoned pepperI used lemon pepper but plain is fine too
Garlic Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and warm over medium heat until the butter has melted. Using a pastry brush, brush on chicken as it cooks on the grill, repeating every couple of minutes.
I used boneless thighs and grilled them for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. You can also use this for whole chickens or other packaged chicken parts. Cook accordingly.
