  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried onion
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Use as much as needed to cover meat as shown; let meat sit covered for 30 minutes to overnight before cooking.
