Pina Colada - A Classic Cocktail
Servings 4 Cocktails
- 8 oz Dark rum
- 8 oz DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Fresh orange juice
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Cubed pineapple
- 8 oz Coconut milk
- 4 oz Heavy Cream
- 3 oz Demerara simple syrup
- Cherries pineapple wedges, lime wedges
Pour all ingredients into a blender jar and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Chill 4 glasses, remove from fridge and fill with crushed ice. Stir cocktail and pour into the glasses.
Garnish with the cherry, pineapple wedge and lime wedge.
To Make the Simple Syrup:
Combine equal amounts water with demerara sugar and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Cool in fridge before using.
