Ingredients
1ozrumWe loved coconut rum!
1ozvodkafor our party, we decided not to but I do typically include it
1ozblue curacao
3ozs pineapple juice
½ozsweet and sourI used Dr. Swami and Bone Daddy brand - see Notes for homemade recipe
Fresh pineapple cubes and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except garnish together and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Fill glasses with ice, pour cocktail mixture into glasses and garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries.

Homemade Sweet and Sour Mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the water and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove the syrup from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature, then add the lemon and lime juices and mix well. Keep extra refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze it for later use.
The recipe as shown includes proportions for making the cocktail with vodka but if you want to lighten it up a bit and not add the vodka? Change the pineapple juice proportion to 2 ounces.
